Cozy rooms with great decor and friendly staff. Loved the easy access to bike rentals for exploring. The shower pressure was a bit weak. Sometimes noise from the hallway disrupts the peace at night.

Location is excellent, close to bars and restaurants. Enjoyed the bike rental option in the area. The staff was helpful, but the room was smaller than expected and noisy. Had issues with housekeeping; we weren't informed about the request-only policy for cleaning services. a decent place but needs better communication with guests.

I loved how easy it was to walk to so many attractions like Millennium Park, the Chicago Theatre, and Navy Pier, all within a short stroll of around 30 minutes or less, which made my weekend exploring a breeze, and the hotel even provided unlimited water bottles to keep me refreshed on my walks! The staff were friendly and helpful, and while the rooms were clean and the beds comfy, it would be better if the hotel addressed some maintenance issues, like the shower setup to prevent water slipping.

The room was small and unwelcoming, with dusty curtains and a dangerously designed bathroom. Noise from the street was excessive, and I encountered cleanliness issues upon arrival. Amenities were lacking-a microwave required waiting, no refrigerator, and insufficient towels. For a four-star hotel, it fell short. A disappointing visit overall, and I will not return. There are simply better options available.

Cleanliness was a concern, especially with visible mold in the sink. The staff was unhelpful when I brought these issues up, dismissing me with an attitude that felt frustrating. On the brighter side, the location was fantastic with plenty of dining options nearby, and the large TV had all the right channels. Ultimately, for $400, the experience didn't live up to expectations, leaving a lot to be desired.

So, we stayed at the Felix recently and I wanted to share my thoughts with you. I absolutely loved the ironing facilities in the room, super handy for getting those pesky wrinkles out of our clothes. The heating worked great, keeping us warm and cozy during our stay. the air conditioning was a bit loud and kept us up at night, which was a bummer. We were pleasantly surprised with the free toiletries provided, a nice touch to have everything we needed without having to pack extra. The am/fm alarm clock was convenient, making sure we woke up on time for our daily adventures. The flat-screen TV was a nice addition for some evening entertainment, but the carpeted floor could have been cleaner. Housekeeping was a bit hit or miss, we had to request service and even then, some items were overlooked. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival, which was a nice gesture. The tours/ticket assistance offered by the hotel was super helpful in planning our outings. One thing we enjoyed was the happy hour, a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. improvements could be made with providing water in the rooms and ensuring that vending machines are stocked and functional. our experience at the Felix had its ups and downs, but we made the most of it and still had a good time exploring the city.

we loved the location of Felix, everything important is in walking distance. the bed was supercomfortable and offered a rich sleep after miles walked in the city. we liked the Occitane brand of the amenities and the complimentary toothbrush available at reception desk. the staff was very nice and helpful, and the second room we asked for was very good in size, with a great view. the hotel was super clean and had a nice view and was close to downtown, in a very nice and safe area.

For us it was ideal 😊

We hit up an awesome IMAX theater and rode a massive Ferris Wheel like in the 1893 World's Fair! Right by Soldier Field, catching a Bears game was epic! The location had us in the heart of the city's nightlife.

Needed a better rooftop party spot for us night owls to keep the vibe going strong! .

The location of this hotel was absolutely incredible. It was close to everything, from the beautiful Lake Shore Drive path to the vibrant Millennial Park. The convenience of having quick food places and stores nearby made it even better. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The overall ambiance and decor of the hotel created a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that I really enjoyed during my stay.

The water pressure in the room, which was quite low. It wasn't a major issue, but it did make showering a bit less enjoyable.
